As a result of participating in this activity, learners will be able to: Review endovascular guidelines for acute ischemic stroke, describe indications for carotid artery and vertebral artery stenting in the setting of extracranial atherosclerotic disease, and provide an overview of the current endovascular treatment options for intracranial atherosclerotic disease.

 

The target audience for this presentation: family medicine, internal medicine, ER physicians, and neurologists.
